In 2023, we completed the transformation of a patchy lawn into an ecologically abundant, low maintenance garden.
Fall 2022; patchy Lawn
Fall 2022: Layered compost, local hardwood chips and cardboard to smother lawn and add organic materials.
Fall 2022: Finished layering organic materials + planted bulbs for Spring blooming.
Spring 2023: First sign of bulbs!
Spring 2023: Added stone steppers and flowering sedum groundcover
